Ms. Krouse is a seasoned paralegal, with over 20 years’ experience in the legal field, specializing in estates and trusts. She has worked at law firms of all sizes throughout her career. Her experience and education has led her to manage many high-net-worth clients, estates, family foundations, charitable trusts, insurance trusts, and family businesses throughout the planning and administration processes. Ms. Krouse has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Sociology, and also holds several business certificates. Before starting Flower Power Genetics, LLC with her partners, Ms. Krouse served as a trust accountant and a paralegal with law firms in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

Mr. Krouse served in the U.S. Air Force, and attended Anne Arundel Community College and University of Maryland Baltimore County after being honorably discharged, receiving a degree in IFSM. He continued his education with eight high level IT and Management certifications and certificates. Throughout his IT career, he has worked for many large corporations such as Baltimore Gas & Electric, Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, Johns Hopkins Health Care and Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, and the Department of Energy with a Secret Clearance. Mr. Krouse has been the project manager for several large IT projects, overseeing office and medical facility moves from start to finish, meeting all deadlines on time and within or under budget. Mr. Krouse’s long IT career has given him the experience and ability to take large, seemingly overwhelming projects and break them down into manageable pieces and work through them until they are successfully completed.
